Billing Terms
All services provided by 321 Clicks are billed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the following billing terms:
- Recurring Services (Monthly Plans):
Monthly services such as SEO, PPC management, and website maintenance are billed automatically on a recurring basis using your saved payment method. - Billing Cycle:
Your billing date is determined by the date of your initial purchase and will recur monthly on the same date. - Automatic Payments:
By subscribing to a recurring service, you authorize 321 Clicks to charge your payment method on file via Stripe until the service is canceled. - Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is resolved.
Cancellations
- Monthly Services:
You may cancel your service at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing date. - How to Cancel:

Once a billing cycle has started, payments are non-refundable and services will continue through the remainder of that billing period.
Refund Policy
- Service-Based Work:
Due to the nature of digital marketing and website services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun or a billing cycle has started. - One-Time Projects:
Deposits and completed work for one-time projects (such as website builds) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of any active agreements
We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concerns.
Changes to This Policy
321 Clicks reserves the right to update or modify this Billing & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
