Advertising Spend (Non-Refundable)
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, or other advertising networks are not refundable under any circumstances.
Once ad spend is paid to an advertising platform, it is controlled by that platform and cannot be recovered, reversed, or refunded by 321Clicks. Clients are responsible for all approved advertising budgets, regardless of performance.
Service Fees & Management Fees
Fees for professional services — including but not limited to:
- Website design & development
- PPC management
- Facebook lead generation management
- SEO services
- Local Services Ads (LSA) setup and management
are non-refundable once work has begun.
These services involve custom strategy, time, and labor. Any completed work, delivered assets, configurations, or time spent are considered earned upon delivery or execution.
Website Projects
Website design and development projects are billed based on the agreed scope and timeline. Payments made for completed phases, milestones, or time spent are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.
- One-time projects: Cancellation applies immediately; outstanding balances for completed work remain due.
- Monthly services / retainers: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Good-Faith Resolution
While refunds are not guaranteed, in rare or extreme situations where a client is genuinely dissatisfied, we aim to act in good faith and may work with the client toward a reasonable resolution at our discretion. This may include additional support, revisions, or alternative solutions where appropriate.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in paused work and delayed delivery until the issue is resolved.
Agreement
By engaging our services or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined on this page.
